The Bel Viso story is one of determination and hard work. Samantha (owner of Bel Viso Beauty Salon) started her training as a Beauty Therapist 15 years ago. Since then she has worked for a number of salons to gain industry experience. In 2011, Samantha plucked up enough courage to start her own company and she’s never looked back since.
Meeting with Bel Viso Beauty Salon
We first met up in the Hampton by Hilton Hotel in Stockton in June 2019. I love this venue, which offers a great space to hold meetings with clients and probably more importantly, a cracking coffee. Bel Viso’s website was run down, outdated and complicated to navigate; it was clear that a change was needed and simplicity was to become the focus.
To help me build the website, I made a number of trips to the salon to meet with Samantha and her team of 6 staff. The staff are fab, they were all open to discussing their experiences of working for the salon with me and they make a great coffee too (there’s a trend occurring here).
This helped to form the Meet the Team page which you can see in the image below. Without meeting the rest of the team, I couldn’t have produced the work that I have, for this site. The new site has all of the latest salon information you need including an up to date list of treatments, a contact form should you have any queries and an online booking system which is synchronised with Bel Viso’s Phorest booking software. The website is completely mobile friendly so that it can be accessed anywhere, any time on any device.
So, what now?
Moving forward, I plan to support Bel Viso with all things digital. We’ve discussed running email marketing campaigns to reward existing customers for their commitment to the salon and to attract new customers, offering the latest beauty treatments – exciting times ahead.
